When you book a session, we collect: your name, email address, session date/time preference, and basic travel information you choose to share (e.g., travel dates, number of travelers). Payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
We use your information solely to schedule and conduct your e-Ticket assistance session, send you session confirmation and reminders, and respond to your support requests.
We do not store copies of your passport photos. During screen-share sessions, we can view your screen in real time to guide you, but we do not record sessions by default. If a recording is needed for quality purposes, we will ask your permission first.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Calendly for scheduling, and Google Meet for live sessions. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
We retain booking information for up to 90 days after your session, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
