Dominican E-Ticket Help is a private assistance service and is not affiliated with the Government of the Dominican Republic, the Ministry of Tourism, or any government agency. The official, free e-Ticket portal is available at eticket.migracion.gob.do.
You are purchasing a live, English-language screen-share guidance session. We help you understand the e-Ticket form, review your entries, and walk you through the submission process. You retain full control — you type your own information and submit the form yourself.
If the official DR government e-Ticket site is unavailable or experiencing errors that prevent successful submission during your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your session to dreticketassistant@gmail.com.
Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 2 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable; please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or any guarantee of entry approval into the Dominican Republic. Entry decisions are made solely by Dominican immigration authorities. We make no representations regarding the outcome of your travel.
We are not responsible for technical issues on the official government website, changes to the e-Ticket form or process, or internet connectivity issues on your end.
